How do I change email fonts and sizes?. How can I have my Verizon email delivered to my Outlook account? Why is Verizon so user hostile?

1. Make sure you are in rich text and use the toolbar at the top of the compose screen.

2. Configure Outlook with the appropriate settings.

In Email settings there is an option to forward all email to any address you want. That is probably the easiest way. If your Outlook version is the same as mine, it's the only way.
