I have several folders set-up in my online Verizon-Yahoo email. All of a sudden, the emails have disappeareed from these folders. Maybe 1 or 2 remain and they are from 2010, not the most recent emails. I didn't archive anything or delete anything, they just disappeared. Can anyone help me recover these? I had just switched to solely using online vs also having Outlook access (a month or two ago) and now I may have lost a lot of important emails.
You will want to check your outlook settings. There's an option on it to erase emails from the server after a certain period of time from the email server. Make sure the auto delete option is turned off or the amount of time to delete is modified.
