Emails to and from other @verizon.net contacts are not being received on either end. I recently sent a message to a list of people and the sole verizon.net recipient didn't receive the message until one of the other recipients did a reply all. What's going on here, and what can I do to ensure that my @verizon.net contacts receive mail I send to them, and that I receive mail they send to me? There's nothing in my spam folder.
If you are using the VZ webmail interface, - settings, email settings - filters ---- do you have anything setup here?
Also on the same menu - blocking - is anything blocked?
I am having the same issue. Emails used to go through, now they suddenly don't. I've done everything I can do on my end regarding SPF records, DKIM authentication. Looks like things from my domain are suddenly being labeled spam when they are not. Anybody know who to contact to get Verizon to stop labeling our messages as spam? Many of our contacts have it set to automatically delete spam, so folks aren't even seeing the messages in their spam folders if they go to look for them.
