Exporting contacts and stored emails to Outlook 2010...

I have searched all the menu items trying to export the Verizon email information to Outlook without success. Can someone please tell me how to achieve this seemingly impossible task?

Verizon doesn't provide an export capability, so unfortunately you would have to do it all by hand.

Nope.  Some screen scrapers probably exist.  Otherwise its by hand.
