Fios Mobile App email scroll horizontally to read emails in my Galaxy 7

My mother in law has a Galaxy 7 and in order for her to read her verizon emails in the Verizon Fios Mobile App email, she has to scroll horizontally instead of vertically. the words just never seem to end and she has to keep scrolling over.

There is a seperate community for Verizon Wireless.

I use the app and Galaxy s7 edge and don't see this problem.  Not sure what settings might effect this, but suggest you look for answers and ask you question again over at https://community.verizonwireless.com/welcome/
