Forgot to pay my bill after getting my check I paid my bill but I got only 3 mails after 2 days

We forgot to pay our bill and the mail telling us to pay was lost. I got my check today and paid the bill and I am back online but I got 3 mails when it should of been a hundred. I guess they are lost forever. Any ideas would be appreciated.
