I received an e mail that had my brothers full name on it with a link. I opened the link and it was about a product I had just read about. Thinking he had read the same thing and that was why he sent it I proceeded to fill out my information for the free trail bottle . I had done this before so it was not suspicious at the time, got half way through and noticed a price pop up as if I reordered something (not hitting any submit button or complete your order) so I got out right away and went to my account and sure enough there was the charge, I called the number and the girl would not cancel my order or help me in anyway not to mention the loud noise in the back round and could hardly hear her. How do I take this to the right people to get help can anyone direct me.

If you paid via credit card, notify them and they will get involved.

Well it was a debit and the bank still has not fixed it after filing a dispute 7 days ago. I was looking more for a place or person to file a compliant with , face book and Verizon both replied with set you privies settings and change your password periodically and thank you for contacting us..I am looking for more action than that , maybe a person or place to file a compliant that something is done not just a brush off. Have any advise on that?
