My neighbor has been unable to access her password because it was entered on the first day she signed on with Verizon a few years ago and she checked the box for it to remember her password. Today, she doesn't know what it is and she has had problems with her email in that they keep asking her to sign or log in, but she doesn't remember her password. 2nd problem is that I tried to help her have the password changed Online, but she forgot the Secret answers to the Secret questions when she signed in back at day one, when she opened her account. How can she get her password changed if she forgot her password and her Secret answers?
She will need to contact Verizon tech support and have them reset it for her. There are options on their Contact Us page.
