I am chasing my tail here. I never received a link to migrate, and cannot find the Get Started button that Vz says I must click. Vz says they are going to restrict my ability to use my email but does not seem to be making the proper information available to users to initiate the migration. AOL can't/Wont't help and Vz seems not to know what they are doing here.
I am seriously concerned as I have friends who have been migrated and lost all access to their mail and have been dealing with Vz and AOL support for more than a week with no success.
So does anyone have the link that we are supported to use to start the process?
The link is http://webmail.verizon.net . You obvious need to login first with the id in question.
When you go to http://webmail.verizon.net what do you see? Your messages or a page telling you to migrate? Or even one telling you "Good! You have already registered for AOL Mail."
.
I am having the same issue.
I have been getting the email message alerting me to migrate or my email will be disabled.
I don't usually use the web mail client, I use Outlook on my PC at home and have an Adroid smart phone.
When I go to http://webmail.verizon.net and login it takes me to my Yahoo mail messages page,
There is no Get Started button or "Good! You have already registered for AOL Mail."
Nothing, I am at a loss ....
I am still getting email through verizon yahoo log in or from the webmail at verizon link- but have not gotten the message about time to migrate and don't see one on my sign in page. others have moved in my neighborhood and I am concerned as they say march 15 is the deadline! was given this number for the aol migration help by my IT friend who used it after no help form verizon ( 4 call transfers and noone knew anything)- that is on my list for tomorrow. supposedly only good for 30 days{edited for privacy}
