Hiding contacts within an email to a bunch of people

I am setting up an email that is being sent out to a group of people--how can I go about hiding the emails so the recipients don't see who is getting emails.

Place the recipients in the BCC field (blind carbon copy) and set it to your self in the to field.

Place the recipients in the BCC field (blind carbon copy) and set it to your self in the to field.
