I think there must be more to this question, because assuming you are referring to Verizon's webmail, all I need to do to add a new contact is click on the Contacts button and then on the Create new Contact button, enter the information, and click on the Save button.

Or, if you are referring to changing the email address on an existing contact, click on the contacts button, click on the contact you want to change, click on the Edit button, change the email information, and click on the save button. Or if what you want to do is add an additional email address for an existing entry, while editing the existing contact, click on the Add Email link, enter the new address, and click on the save button.

So what am I missing in your question?
