Incoming photo attachment issue

My 90 year old mother used the netmail web based email. Incoming pictures are always seen as attachments and the downloading process is annoying and complex even for me a 25 year internet user. How can she simplify seeing sent photos? or what alternative software can she use that is simpler?

I believe that is due to the way the pictures are sent. (attached or inserted)  I receive pictures in the body of the email.  Just tested by sending myself a photo. When I checked the incoming message, the photo was right there in the body of the message.
