Intermittent issues with the AOL mail and MS Outlook today

Again, i am experiencing issues with MS Outlook and AOL mail.

this time it is not completing the send.  Sometimes it does complete though.  THe aol webmail site was down too or had some strange message.  Seems to be more unreliable than the verizon webmail site, but it is better when it is working.  Must be an issue now. It is a pain to not know when this will work or not and then hard to get help.
