You are still sending emails to an address that was discontinued two years ago. But yet you are emailing my bill to my correct one also. CORRECT ADDRESS IS  {edited for privacy}

The forums are not for such things.  You are mostly talking to peers. 

Look for the CONTACT US link which is on all Verizon's pages and pick an option other than forums.
