I have chatted, I have sent emails to the spam dector update email, I have spent 1 1/2 hour on the phone and can't seem to get folks to realize that I am not referring to block unwanted emails, but that I am getting emails in my inbox that are not addressed to my email account. I created this filter: If TO does not match "my email address@verizon.net delete and now it has been over a week since I got an email. I have not gotten any emails in several days. I removed this filter about an hour ago, I wonder if I will get email again. Hahaha. Thoughts?

Probably being sent using the Bcc (Blind Carbon Copy) option. I get them pretty regularly, usually from friends but occasionally from others.

Change the filter to "does not contain."
"Does not match" requires an EXACT match. If there are multiple addresses, it would not match, and would therefore be deleted.
Thanks. Let me try that now!
