Verizon is screwed up beyond belief. Got email June 27 2018 to pay an annual fee at keepmyemail.com, but of course, that URL is inoperative. Three hours on the phone, each person says try a differnt number.
I am pretty sure this service no longer exists. However people's Verizon email have all been switched to OATH (AOL OR YAHOO), a Verizon subsidiary, and you can keep that email id for free.

Personally I have looked at this keepmyemail.com and it’s either a scam or no longer in service. It is showing as an old BT internet scam. And there are two Old forum posts from back in 2013 which of course have no factual replies.
personally I don’t think it’s valid since now you can transition over as the other poster stated to AOL or Yahoo to keep your Verizon email account.
