I've been trying to keep my verizon.net email address. Everytime I get to the page to order I get "VERIZON EZPAY" screen with the message:
"Unable to create your account".
I've tried it both from that site and on the Verizon site.
This is the screen I get. I've been tossed around on telephone and even hung up on twice by reps. They say the "only way to order is on-line" and then they say, "oh, yeah, we've been having problems with it".
Four days worth? What a joke and nobody at Verizon seems able to help.
I'm leaving for another provider (Verizon is not available where I'm moving). I'd love to keep the FIOS, but I have to say, I won't miss the pathetic Verizon support. I'm on my 8th router, 4th DVR and 2nd complete cable end master box.
You'll also notice while you read these forums how seldom there is ANY input from Verizon as to a solution.
Too big to fail? Certainly too big to CARE.
I am waiting for your image to appear, it doesn't appear just yet.
But a thought that comes across my mind, is, have you tried another browser?
the verizon site, sometimes, has problems doing things with certain browsers.
try google chrome or firefox.
I've tried in Chrome, and Safari. This is becoming a joke. Now I've been at it for 10 days and it's coming time to pull the plug on my service and no help from Verizon to keep my email.
Finally got someone in "web sales" that said, "You've got to do it on the web... and oh yeah, the web's not working."
Wow. How lame is that. No one has been ANY help.
keepmyemail.com is a wast of money for Verizon.
This is a joke. Now I've been sent to the "E center" They have no knowledge of "EZ Pay" or Your Domain. If I wasn't so **bleep** off I'd be laughing. No one at Verzion seems to even know they, one, offer this service, or two, know who within Verizon provides the service.
On one hand, they blame ez pay, but when sent to the EZ PAY site they say, "oh we don't do that" We're the E Center. Guess that sounds like EZ Pay to the Chat Guy in India. At least it's filed under "E".
Now I'm being sent to Texas sales.
