Logging in - sometimes switches to WIRELESS from RESIDENTIAL

Why does the Verizon site sometimes change to WIRELESS from RESIDENTIAL ...without me asking it to.

I will try and log in to get to my email and it then asks me for my cell number.  Why?  It should stay on the setting i had until I change it. Why does it change to WIRELESS. Please fix that. Thanks.

No this has not been solved.  When I try to log on to Verizon Wireless and I enter 'VerizonWireless.com' as the URL I enter my credentials, and the site changes from Wireless to Residential.  If I click on Wireless at the top, it wants me to re-enter my credentials in an endless loop.  The Post you refer to is from 2017 and this is STILL AN ISSUE!
