I cancelled my residential internet account with verizon today only to find out that my wife's email account was cancelled with it. I was not informed about verizon email accounts would be deleted and I was switching from a residential account to a business account out of my home still with verizon. I contacted tech support only to find out that they are unable to retrieve the emails. Any suggestions?
