MESSAGES SENT - CONFIRM READ?

HOW DO I SET MY EMAILS MESSAGES TO CONFIRM READ OR RECEIPT?

Check the box for "Return Receipt" - It's on the same line as the Send button, next to Attach.

But of couse many people, e.g. me, never return message receipts.

LOL ^^^ I do not either..Just wondering does the client used by the receipent make a difference AFA read receipts? (Obviously if both are VZ emails it should work but what if the receipent is using NETZERO or other lesser known email systems)
