My daughter sent a large attachment from Outlook subaccount {edited for privacy} and it appears to be stuck sending as it has so far been sent/received over 20 times. Please can you remove the email with the subject "our project" and the large PowerPoint attachment? We have tried everything possible in outlook.

This sounds like a case of something you will have to do yourself on the PC in question. Find the Message in the outbox of Outlook and delete it.
