Missing Email Folders

My email folders are missing.  I'm using Windows 8.1 and Internet Explorer Version 11.09600.17278.  I've tried adding Verizon.com to compatibility view, deleted browsing history and closed & reopened.  The problem still continues.

Make sure the zoom on the browser is set to 100%.

I have a similar problem. I can open "manage/create folders" but I cannot open the folder. I don't want to create a new one or edit the actual one I am only looking for an old email that has important info. I read the instruction and try but they don't work.

What do you see in the left column where your folders should be? What browser are you using? Can you provide a screenshot? (Please block any personal info.)
