Missing folders

Hi

With this new MY VERIZON I am having a problem with missing folders in email. In the left pane I have inbox, drafts, sent, spam detector and trash. The My Folders is completely gone. I have been saving emails to a "saved" folder I created a bit back and now its not there.  So where are all my saved emails? Any help appreciated.
