We moved to Georgia and kept our email address with verizon. Georgia does not have verizon land line sevice. My account is coming up for me to renew for another year and I can not get any help on how to renew it with my credit card info. I HAVE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH VERIZON ALMOST EVERY DAY AND NOBODY Can anyone tell me how to change my mailing address for notification as to when it expIres. I have spoken to tech support, customer sevice and billing and they say they can not help. /they tell me to log onto my account which I can not do because I no konger have an account with verizon since I do not have a phone nuber connected to this account any more.
IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO. I AM DESPERATE. I NEED THIS ACCOUNT TO STAY ACTIVE.
