Mr.Lowell McAdam- Fraud Help- Please

Mr.McAdam,

I've spent HOURS on the phone with Verizon's fraud dept. Someone opened a fraudulent wireless account {edited for privacy} back in January which just appeared on my credit report ruining my life long good rating.  The case number opened with Verizon is {edited for privacy}.

The problem is I have a wife and newborn child and we're supposed to close on a house in 2 weeks. While your fraud department issued an emailed letter to us stipulating it is not my account, fault, or responsibility, Wells Fargo Bank (my mortgage company) is DEMANDING I produce a letter on Verizon letterhead complete with a return address (not an emailed notice like Verizon provided). They will NOT accept the emailed notice we were sent!

Otherwise, they are demanding an additional $3000 for the mortgage- money which our family does not have.

Could you PLEASE have a letter over nighted to me today on Verizon letterhead complete with a return address so that I can provide it to the bank? It must state that the account # above is not mine and it was opened in my name in error. Otherwise, we will not be able to close on the house and will have huge problems. Time is critical at this point!

I have spent all week on the phone with your company, the police, and Wells Fargo and am at my wits end. I worked hard all my life to maintain and protect my good name and credit score, only to have it ruined by having had a Verizon cellphone issued to a criminal by your company posing as me using my ss#.

Thanks for anything you can do. I'm sorry to bother you with this but no one else in fraud can or will do anything more. We really need this letter no later than Monday 8/12/13.

Sincerely,
Rob {edited for privacy}

Just a suggestion, if you click options and still  have the option to edit your post; I would recommend removing your personal cell # and name. I did report this to a moderator also.
