Must I log in every time for Verizon email?

Every time I want to check email, the email screen comes up, then I'm switched to the log in screen every time. Can this be bypassed even when the check box says to keep me signed in? It's very annoying. Thanks.

What version of windows and internet explorer are you using? Yes this can be fixed and it should remain for 2 weeks. If you are using internet explorer clear all saved passwords & internet cache and try to save your login credentials again.
