My Domain Billing
Smcochran
Newbie
I am having an issue that seems common with the my domain service. Last year I moved out of a Verizon service area and signed up to keep my emails at 19.95 per year. It is now a year later and I need to update my billing information so that I can be charged and I cannot reach anyone who can assist me. My online account only shows the infirmation of the residential services that I canceled last year. I call 1-800 Verizon and get referred to 866-524-3232 or 866-423-2520. When calling either of these, I cannot reach a live person, only automated messages telling me to call 1-800 Verizon so I am left in a vicious circle. I have never had this much trouble paying a company. I desperately need to keep these email addresses from being canceled and would appreciate being contacted by someone who had a clue to what's going on.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.

Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.

To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".

Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
