Password for email at verizon's website, or in an email program?

If you can log in fine at verizon.net then your user and password credentials are good. 

If you can't log in at verizon.,net then you need to Reset your User ID & Password.

If you can log into verizon but not an email program, then let us know what email program it is, or try verizon's auto repair tool.
