Hi,
The server that I used to send email out has been successfully in sending the email to about 60 - 70 verizon.net addresses, until last weekend when it failed. After using this form,
http://my.verizon.com/micro/whitelist/RequestForm.aspx?id=isp
I got an email stating that
Your IP has been blocked because of spam issues or because your ISP indicates that it is dynamically assigned
But how do I get an exemption? The server is a government agency server.
Do you have a Residential or a Business account with Verizon?
