Need a help with Verizon Move to AOL Mail: Updating your third party email program (POP3 + SMPT)

Hi. I have finished registering with AOL Mail (free) and try to set up verizon.net email account in my PC. I have already followed a support for "Verizon Move to AOL Mail: Updating your third party email program or mobile device with your new account information (POP3)." I use 2011 Windows Live Mail application.

Everything works except when I try to send email with an attatchment then I will get an error.  I only have an attachment of 1770kb jpeg 3 photoes.

I was getting the following messages in the beginning.

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8007007A
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 465  
Secure(SSL): Yes

Then since couple hours ago.. I am gettin a different error message.

The following message will sit there until I press 'x' on the prompt window.

0 of 1 tasks have completed successfully.

Is any way to fix this please?
