Need a new remote

I called support for a new TV remove because mine is wearing out.  I was told that a new one would cost $14.95 plus tax and shipping.  That is ridiculous.  Comcast simply gives you a new remote whenever you need one.  My contract is up soon.  I will be switching back to Comcast.

They told me the same thing.  This is just another reason why I'm cutting the cord when my contract ends in December.

They stopped giving free remotes a while ago because people abused the privilege. If you want a new Fios remote just go on Ebay. There have brand new remotes much cheaper.
