Need help with email settings for MS Outlook

MS Outlook is not working again with AOL Email.  They charge for tech support.  Why did the settings change and what are the new ones so i can get Outlook working with AOL MAIL?  i shouldnt have to pay AOL for this.

There is something wrong with the connection to their server.

What are the proper port settings?  i used what AOL said and it is not working.  This seems to go bad every few months. We need to be told of any port changes.   He is saying outgoing server setting is 465 and SSL.   I have had it as 587 and STARTTLS and has worked fine for a while. Why suddenly does it not work today?  Also, they want to charge me to talk to tech support.  Crazy.

So the settings AOL gives me are what i have in there and it does not work.  How can i get help with this without paying money for something i did not change?
