New email settings

The settings do not work on my Outlook 2013 on my computer or on my I Phone 6.  On the computer the outgoing does not work but the incoming is OK.  On the I Phone 6 an error message comes up that pop.verizon.net does not work and check it, blah, blah.  Also, there is a discrepancy on the port. The incoming port on the email I received said 995; on the online "help" it said to change it to 996.  NEITHER WORK.

Same old crap from Verizon.  Now I'll probably get shifted to the Phillipines to get some kind of answer!!!!!

P.S. I tried it from the beginning 10 times.  Anyone have any ideas?
