I really don't like the new interface. It takes twice as many steps to access the webmail site, which I don't like to use, but I have to because Verizon doesn't stop all the spam. It also is really frustrating to only be able to "contact" Verizon through the website when I would really like a phone number to call to talk with a "real" person.

http://webmail.verizon.net - Use that URL to go directly to your mail.

1-800-VERIZON - Use that number to contact Verizon.
