Thank you Verizon for providing this nice update! It's definitely sleeker looking and very convenient , listing all 7 of my options like email and billing and so forth in the lefthand margin while still showing my list of emails upfront.
This "new" look may seem "nice" but the application being used in the back round has allowed the contacts list to be "hacked".
This "new " format has caused nothing but problems ... for the sake of a new look???? What nonsense. I have been using e-mail service from GTE and then Verizon since it's inception..and NEVER had the email hacked. Had my computer compromised...but never the email at the verizon server....or frame relay service...this just means some young executive has convince marketing that the new look will sell....NEVER THINGING CAREFULLY THAT THE APPS BEING USED WERE OPEN TO SECURITY BREACH. I hope enough of the users will call and complain... so that this security isssue is resolved.
That's odd. I've had my email account with Verizon for a very long time now and have never had any of those issues. I don't use a contact list. Mine has never been hacked before and my computer works the same.
However, I outright will not trust any of the Verizon games. I've never played them before but I have no clue how secure they are and what company is providing them. I've been through plenty of issues with my computer because of Verizon's useless Internet Security Suite and ever since my computer has been cleaned up and working much better, I'm not taking any more chances.
I guess I've been lucky with the email.
