No e-mails in or out since 7-23-2012. I was traveling and no other user access.
3 calls to support at 1 hour each have FAILED to solve. What IS IT? Can anyone help?
couple things to check.
1. Make sure your not accidently forwarding email to yourself....you won't get anything that way at all
2. make sure the mailbox is not full. If it is that would be the reason....when I say mailbox that means all the folders not just the inbox. So delete some emails with large attachments
I have the same problem with no fix yet. Just curious...do you also use Windows Live Mail and do you get the error message "windows live mail error ID:0x80004005"?
Marklia,
Do you have Norton antivirus on the computer as it can be the issue.
