I am a new customer and have not been able to set up email. After being on hold for 26 minutes I finally reached a live agent and was told Verizon no longer offers email accounts! Would have been good to know this when I switched my service to verizon last week!! Is this correct or was I totally misinformed? Thanks, new but frustrated customer! Not a good start to a business relationship.

Please got to AOL.com and look for how verizon customers can now get AOL Email
