I have not been able to receive emails from a friend on AOL. I am able to send emails and have her receive them. I contacted Verizon, and the tech remoted in and added the email address to my Outlook settings, but that did not help, as I expected. The email does not make it to my online email either. The sender does not receive a message abount not being delivered. I had her sent it to my wife's Verizon email and she does not get it either? The sender can send to other verizon emails. Any thoughts?

Check you Blocked Senders list in webmail. Odds are aol.com somehow ended up in there, and it's as simple as deleting the entry to fix it.
If it's not there, set your SpamDetector to save spam to the SpamDetector folder (by default, it's set to delete), and check for it there. Click the "Not Spam" button and/or forward it to spamdetector.update@verizon.net if it does show up in the spam folder.
