Opening folders in email

Does anyone know how to open the folders in email?  I need to read the messages in there and don't know how to open the folder.

Double click on the folder you wish to open!  Works for me!!

I double clicked on the My Folders folder many times.  Nothing happens.  It does not open.

I can not get it to work with Internet Explorer.  It works with Firefox though.  Try that.

It takes i click with Chrome Browser...latest version
