POP & SMTP verizon email not working since 5/5 2019 21:08

outgoing.verizon.net 465 /SSL
 
 
My lan verizon.net email stopped working Sunday, 5/5 2019 21:08
I have had this email for over 9 nine years.  
 
my POP3 works on my Cell phone and AOL Mail.com.
 
I  reset my (IMAP and POP3) and I'M still getting  NAME/ PASSWORD error on my LAN Laptop. 
I called VZ (1-800-837-4966) for help. I got NO help. 
VZ helpdesk had no idea how to help/fix my email POP.
 
can someone please reset my pop3 on advise me on how to fix this serious problem?
