For a few weeks now i have been submitting requests for whitelisting our dedicated server IP and all I get is more of the same that there are spam issues or tha the IP is dynamically assigned or now that there is no Reverse DNS, NONE of these things are an issue or true. There are NO spam issues on this server, it is leased from Codero since September of 2011 with the same fixed IP, and the reverse DNS points back to the server hostname.
I see that someone finally got some action besides denials by posting stuff to Twitter, does anyone know the secret to that? I NEED THIS FIXED, we have 20 websites hosted on the server and our clients NEED to send emails to verizon addresses!
Does ANYONE know how to get past the apparently automated (and WRONG) replies to the whitelisting requests that are submitted to http://www.verizon.net/whitelist????
Thanks,
Richard

Hi RichardB,
Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
Hello RichardB,
Unfortunately due to non response we will close out the private thread. We hope all went well with the White Listing. Let us know if you still need assistance on the matter or ever need help with anything else in a new public thread.
