Power of Attorney needs to get into Dementia patient's Yahoo account

My mother has Power of Attorney over a family friend with Dementia. We have had trouble getting into her Yahoo mail account and need help. We don't know if it's linked to Verizon. We know her recovery phone number, though we don't have access to it. We don't know her recovery email, and we don't know her security question answer.

Help? Where do we go from here?
