For the last couple of days I have not been able to logon to four of my six sub-accouncts email.
One of the verizon chat tech tried also without luck, and told me that they were having problems with the web site. That was two days ago.
Anybody know whats going on?
Are you able to log into the account at all? (Need to know if it's an issue with the whole accont or just he email portion.)
Are you getting any kind of error when you try?
Is your account partnered with Yahoo/MSN or is it a straight Verizon account?
I can log on to my main email account and one of the email sub-accounts but none of the other five email sub-accounts. I am able to access the sub-accounts email via Thunderbird email client so it seems there something wrong with the WebMail interface.
The error I get is that the "User ID or password is not correct".
No it is not tied to Yahoo.
I am also having issues.... All of a sudden, the last couple days. I actually have to sign out of my yahoo account, and then log back in so my email works..... I have 3 other sub-accounts, and sometimes the others won't work either.... it's annoying. Does anyone have a solution?
