Fully inclusive would be defined as email which actually works! I know this would something completely new for Verizon however other providers seem to manage without any issues. Perhaps one day Verizon will catch up to everyone else. I personally no longer have time to wait.......Just saying.

MicroSoftee has been pumpin' BUGGY software for years.....The Big V has caught up AND surpassed ! just sayin'
Verizon's Email works quite well. Now their Webmail site is another matter, but of course you have lots of choices for other Webmails if you rather while still keeping your Verizon email.
Personally I am strongly against counting on any Webmail for my email. Suggest using a client like Thunderbird or Windows Essentials Mail.
