I am subscribed to a number of newsletters that are ending up in my SpamDetector folder. I have added the email addresses as contacts. I retrieve them into my inbox regularly via the online webmail. What else can be done to allow me to see email that I actually want to get?
I belive one of the options in webmail is to select an email and click not junk.
That is supposed to train the system that you don't beelive this is spam.
Are you doing that or just moving to inbox?
