I just spend an hour trying to find a way to contact Verizon online. Calling them is a nightmare. I am ready to find another carrier!!! My emails are not getting to me until HOURS after they are sent. I communicate with someone during the day via email and it is CRUCIAL that i get my emails in a timely fashion. I waited for a very important email from this person yesterday at 3:55pm. He did email me back at that time, but I didn't receive it until 9:20 pm!!! This is unacceptable! VERIZON...please help or you are going to lose this customer...and why oh why do you make it impossible to contact you!??!?!
