Saved email folder unaccessable

Hi there- I cannot access my saved email folder. It used to come up when I clicked "My folders", now nothing happens. When I click manage folders it has a "saved mail" folder with my messages in it but won't allow me to click on it. Only to "edit" or "delete" it. Any help would be appreciated. I still have the option to send emails to the saved folder but don't want to do that if I can't get to it.

First I checked here:

Email>Settings>Options>Save Sent Messages>Save

Then: 

I sent messages to one of my folders and then moved it to another one of my other folders . NO problems.

Can you Transfer an "expendable/old" message from one folder to another ?

Can you experiment with a new "expendable/promotional" message ?

Let us know what else you have tried.
