Shrinking email font

The font on my email has suddenly shrunk, and will not change when I increase the size in my settings. Also as I scroll down the page of emails, they initially scroll up the screen but then roll back down so that I need to delete some of the emails, in order to view the ones at the bottom of the page. I can view my email in regular size font on other computers. I have no problem scrolling on any other screen on my own computer. What should I do to be able to read my emails without a magnifying glass?

IF you are using internet explorer, try Internet Options- Advanced - reset (note you will lose any custom IE settings if you do this. Also make sure your browser zoom level is set to 100%
