in other email systems i use, i can insert a pre-set signature...but i can't see this featuer anywhere in verzion email anymore...any suggestions??? also.....if i start a foward and make an error and want to un-do what i just did, i can't find that option either..........i am getting increasingly frustrated at the limitations in verizon email......any suggestions????
From within your mailbox, on the Left side under My Settings click on the Mail link. This should Bring you to the Mail Setup section of your mailbox. Click on the Signature tab. (After Setup, before Blocking) Enter your signature in the box and check the Enable signature option, then click Save.
For undo, if you are using a PC hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and tap the Z key. This is the undo shortcut in most Windows programs.

I read in the forum about what one is supposed to do about the signature, but there is no tab that says signature anywhere in my email settings area. I used to have the signature option as I want to change it but have no way to click on it. Now the only thing I can do is just delete my signature from all outgoing email. First of all there is no My Settings but only Settings. Secondly, there is no Mail link but only Email Settings. Then thirdly, there is no (After Setup, before Blocking). The only options I have under my Email Settings tab is Filters, Spam Detector, Forwarding and Blocking. Can someone help me?

If you look at the date, the thread you are replying to is from 3 years ago. Webmail has changed since then.
The path to get to the signature currently is Settings at the top, then Email Settings on the left, then Signature should be the last option in that list.
The full list under Email Settings from top to bottom is:
Options
Filters
Spam Detector
Forwarding
Blocking
Vacation Reply
Signature
If you do not see the signature option, you may need to increase the size of your window. I just tested reducing the size of the window, and it seems to be poorly designed. There is no way to scroll within the sections, and it gives no indication that some items are covered.
Hope this helps!
