Someone Accessing my email fromoutside

I had my Verizon Account on my computer at work. I left a month ago, but even though I changed my password, I believe they are still accessing my email. Is there anyway to check and block them?

What makes you think they are still accessing your email?

In addition to "somegirl's" question,  why do you think this happens from a  "work" situation?  If you use webmail (which it appears is the case), it can be attacked from any device with an Internet connection.  If you don't use webmail, then presumably you deleted all accounts from your email client application prior to leaving your last position.  IOW, be specific about the arrangements so that detailed suggestions can be attempted.

DaveK you could follow these instructions to see where emails are coming from. http://whatismyipaddress.com/trace-email  As ARmond alluded to it would help to know if you were using the web interface or a program such as MS Outlook
